“We found University Animal Hospital last summer when we had a new puppy join our family. Sadly, she was very ill. UAH took care of our new puppy and our family. My best friend, Lulu is now very sick. She’s been in my family for 12 years. I wouldn’t trust just any old vet to look after her. Every single employee at the University Animal Hospital has gone above and beyond for us. Not only by caring for our dear pets, but by allowing us to visit and schedule appointments last minute. They aren’t just in this for the money. They care about all animals. They always give it to us straight and tell us what options we have. I am truly blessed that I found this place! Thank you guys for all your help!”

“I was referred to this location by another vet last year when my cat became sick and they didn’t have availability. UAH has superior quality of care for your pets.
I’m impressed by the ability to educate and explain options. They are absolutely and incredibly patient. I am extremely appreciative of the level of professionalism and respect they give. If you are a person that struggles with any kind of anxiety or sensory disorder, which sometimes can be difficult to suppress when faced with overwhelming or emotional situations, this staff is highly recommended for you.
I seriously can’t say enough good things about them. There was some sticker shock with the annual exam fees. They are a bit more expensive than most. I wasn’t prepared for the distemper booster cost. Frankly speaking, though, they really are worth the expense when you need peace of mind. When my schedule conflicts with the availability of my preferred vet, this will be my first alternative.
They have a recorded message, after hours, that connects you to a choice of 24 hour emergency vets. How helpful that is!
I’ve met Dr.Minnerly and Dr.Williamson. Both are highly recommended. I commend their support staff and techs as well.”

“When we moved back to Ft Worth A fe wYears Back, The University Animal Hospital took Us in with my special service dog Allie Luke we were family. Over the past few years they were there when we needed for what ever and when ever we needed. In the last few months Allie started showing her own medical needs with Congested Heart failure. We all New it was only time. A few weeks later so how hard it was to make the decision it was time to let her go. They were there. They gave us time to say good by. Allie fell Asleep in my arms for the last time. So sad. But the right decision with the support from the Doctor John and his staff, . They are awesome people . I would not go anywhere else when I get my new service dog. Thank you guys from my self and Rebekah.”

“You would not regret giving them a try as your pets vet! I found out about this place through the FrogSaver app and I’m so glad I did. Being on a student budget has put my pet’s health on the back burner for a few years now. I have been hesitant to start it back up due to fear of being scolded by animal lovers. When I called to ask about the coupon, I sensed no judgement after telling them how long it had been so I decided to give it a try. They were so helpful in getting me caught up on how to best care for my dog by answering my thousand questions and passing no judgement the entire time. Budget is still a main concern for me so I expressed my concerns about it from the beginning and they gave me all my options, even the cheapest, without making me feel pressured to do any of it all. It’s a rarity to go anywhere and not have employees try to up sale their services. I was almost an hour late to my first appointment and they still saw me even though I offered to reschedule since it was close to closing time. Then they found some more concerns with my dog and stayed with me after hours to discuss it with me. I have worked in customer service and healthcare for years now so I know how inconvenient this could have been for them. They treated me like I wasn’t a poor college student and that their priority was the same as mine- figuring out what’s best for my dog within my means. From the receptionist to the veterinarian, I am grateful there are still people who treat customers as people and not numbers. I will be back to use them on a regular basis.”

“These people are the absolute best. They are experts in knowing and understanding their patients. They share the love and concern for them (and their owners) that is truly beyond expectations. They listen, taking the time needed. They offer wise choices, understanding the needs of our pets and our pet’s people! I cannot recommend them enough.”

“I want to let Anyone and Everyone know how wonderful the Humans are at University Animal Hospital. They have ridden out this journey with me, good and bad. Just like my baby was their baby. When we had to say goodbye, We all hurt together. I don’t wish that on anyone, especially these amazing people. And with that said… they still were there and we all morn and grieve the loss of Sweet Angus. Thank You University Animal Hospital Peeps! You All Continue To Lift Me Up. There Are No Words!”

“I want to thank Dr Weiss and her loving, caring staff for the love they have given my little Lola. I was so sadden to hear about Jacob last week. He loved Lola just like the rest of the staff. Lola crossed over the Rainbow Bridge today and Dr Weiss and the staff couldn’t of been more compassionate. We thank you with all of our hearts. She will be missed. Thank you guys for everything and the Rose we received today topped off your love for Lola and our family. ”

“They have taken care of our two Labradors since we brought them home in 2006. We had to euthanize one of them last weekend and they were incredibly caring and compassionate just as they have always been. The staff takes great care of our pets as if they were their own.”

“We have moved a few times so I have had the opportunity to meet many vets. Our 3 dogs have been seen by Dr. Williamson for approximately 2 years. They all range in size and medical needs. I have an elderly pug that has a lot going on. Doctor Williamson takes her time and does a thorough exam every time she sees Sophie. She is up front with prices (which are comparable to other vet clinics around-maybe a little less) and compassionate. I really don’t care about touchy, feely…as long as my beloved fur family members are being taken care of with the utmost knowledge and care. I believe Dr. Williamson is a fine veterinarian and we will keep taking our fur family to her. The front office staff is not exactly friendly and could use some training in being tactful, but if you want a good vet…try to look past them. We moved recently to Willow Park and tried I-20 Animal Hospital in Hudson Oak several times due to convenience…we will not go back as I wouldn’t entrust a flea to them and will leave it at that. Good Luck finding a good dr. for you beloved fur family!”
