“I was referred to this location by another vet last year when my cat became sick and they didn’t have availability. UAH has superior quality of care for your pets.

I’m impressed by the ability to educate and explain options. They are absolutely and incredibly patient. I am extremely appreciative of the level of professionalism and respect they give. If you are a person that struggles with any kind of anxiety or sensory disorder, which sometimes can be difficult to suppress when faced with overwhelming or emotional situations, this staff is highly recommended for you.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about them. There was some sticker shock with the annual exam fees. They are a bit more expensive than most. I wasn’t prepared for the distemper booster cost. Frankly speaking, though, they really are worth the expense when you need peace of mind. When my schedule conflicts with the availability of my preferred vet, this will be my first alternative.

They have a recorded message, after hours, that connects you to a choice of 24 hour emergency vets. How helpful that is!

“When we moved back to Ft Worth A fe wYears Back, The University Animal Hospital took Us in with my special service dog Allie Luke we were family. Over the past few years they were there when we needed for what ever and when ever we needed. In the last few months Allie started showing her own medical needs with Congested Heart failure. We all New it was only time. A few weeks later so how hard it was to make the decision it was time to let her go. They were there. They gave us time to say good by. Allie fell Asleep in my arms for the last time. So sad. But the right decision with the support from the Doctor John and his staff, . They are awesome people . “You would not regret giving them a try as your pets vet! I found out about this place through the FrogSaver app and I’m so glad I did. Being on a student budget has put my pet’s health on the back burner for a few years now. I have been hesitant to start it back up due to fear of being scolded by animal lovers. When I called to ask about the coupon, I sensed no judgement after telling them how long it had been so I decided to give it a try. They were so helpful in getting me caught up on how to best care for my dog by answering my thousand questions and passing no judgement the entire time. Budget is still a main concern for me so I expressed my concerns about it from the beginning and they gave me all my options, even the cheapest, without making me feel pressured to do any of it all. It’s a rarity to go anywhere and not have employees try to up sale their services. I was almost an hour late to my first appointment and they still saw me even though I offered to reschedule since it was close to closing time. Then they found some more concerns with my dog and stayed with me after hours to discuss it with me. I have worked in customer service and healthcare for years now so I know how inconvenient this could have been for them. They treated me like I wasn’t a poor college student and that their priority was the same as mine- figuring out what’s best for my dog within my means. From the receptionist to the veterinarian, I am grateful there are still people who treat customers as people and not numbers. I will be back to use them on a regular basis.”
